Compact filter is designed for special requirements. Compact filter is a filter which has a compact construction. Compact filters have many types. All components of compact filter are individual parts available from plastic. The plastic housing is extremely stable and strong due to the construction and the ultrasonic welding. It can resist hot temperature up to 80°C and resist humidity up to 100% r. F. Compact filters can be fastened to existing holding frames or channel installations. The filters are dual directional. If you want to use compact filter, you have to know compact filter working principle firstly.

Generally speaking, the compact filter working principle is not very hard to understand. Compact filters have different types, the working principle of each type of compact filter differ from each other. Let's take compact heatless Air filter as an example. The compact filter used a material called shatterproof synthetic fibers which are extremely flexible and mechanically almost indestructible contrary to glass fiber fleeces. When compressed air is passed through a pressure vessel with two "towers" filled with a desiccant material which attracts the water from the compressed air via absorption. As the water clings to the desiccant, the desiccant "bed" becomes saturated. Then it is the time for the dryer to switch towers based on a standard NEMA cycle. Once this cycle completes some compressed air from the system, it is used to "purge" the saturated desiccant bed by simply blowing the water that has adhered to the desiccant off. The duty of the desiccant is to bring the pressure dew point of the compressed air to a level in which the water will no longer condense, or to remove as much water from the compressed air as possible. It can resist hot temperature up to 80°C and resist humidity up to 100% r. F. Compact filters can be fastened to existing holding frames or channel installations. The filters are dual directional. A standard dew point that is expected by a regenerative dryer is -40 °C. This means that when the air leaves the dryer there is as much water in the air as if the air had been "cooled" to -40 °C. Required dew point is dependent on application and -70 °C is required in some applications.

This is the compact Filter working principle. Anyway knowing the compact filters working principles is the first step to use cleaning room air filters. If you have more questions of compact filter, you can search it on the internet or you can visit www.hefilter.com.
