Filtering part usually consists of ten layers of filter plate which has big filter area, big circulation. We can reduce or increase the number of filter plates according to the PH value of filter liquor.
Next, let's talk about primary-efficiency cardboard filters and medium-efficiency cardboard filters. These two kinds of filters can be used in different steps of filtering respectively. Primary-efficiency cardboard filters use solid plate aluminum alloy frame to ensure that the filter will not get deformation or damage under poor working environment. The filter material is made of high quality polyester synthetic fiber, so it can be reused for many times with long service life which is economic and practical. Besides, fluffy and dense fibrous structure can ensure the high gathered-dust rate and large capacity. On the other hand, the medium-efficiency cardboard filters are in the F series. F series medium-efficiency cardboard filters types usually include F5, F6, F7, F8 and F9. Certainly, we also have other cardboard filters types like FB (plate type), FS (barrier type) and FV (combined type).
The plate-type cardboard filters and plate-insert cardboard HEPA filters just have different using forms. This filter is widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. As long as you gently press the control button, the discharge mouth can automatically be open.
